Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Because our products are consumable and manufactured under strict quality standards, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
Please review the terms below before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility:
- Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- Only products purchased directly from Internal Cleanse are eligible.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for return through us.
- Returns must be authorized before being sent back.
First-Time Purchase Policy:
Return eligibility applies to a customer’s first purchase of a specific product only.
Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or shipped in error. Due to the consumable nature of our products and quality control standards, this policy is in place to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all customers.
Limit One Unit Per Order:
When multiple packs or kits are purchased in a single order, only one (1) unit is eligible for return.
Additional units from the same order are not eligible for refund.
Bundle and Multi-Unit Pricing Adjustments:
If a customer purchases multiple units at a discounted bundle price and later returns part of the order, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the applicable single-unit price.
Any discount received for purchasing multiple units will be removed if the quantity retained no longer qualifies for the discount tier.
Condition of Returned Products:
- Opened products may qualify only under the one-unit limit.
- Additional opened units are not eligible.
- Unopened items may be subject to inspection before refund approval.
- Products returned damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for refund.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- An incorrect item shipped
- A product damaged in transit
- A verified manufacturing defect
We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders with free or promotional shipping rates will incur a $15 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, upon return.
Return Instructions:
- Contact customer care at (775) 235-2595 or CustomerCare@InternalCleanse.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
- Do not return items without an RMA#.
- Securely pack items for return, ensuring they are in good condition. We are not responsible for damage during shipment.
- Write the RMA# on your package.
- Email the tracking number to CustomerCare@InternalCleanse.com. Without this, we cannot track and verify your return.
Refund Processing:
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not comply with this policy.
