Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

You may return unopened items purchased from our website within sixty (60) days of the purchase date for a refund.**

 

IMPORTANT DETAILS AND EXCEPTIONS

**All products must be returned unopened, unused and in good condition to qualify for a refund. 

**Shipping and handling charges are NON-refundable.

**Orders that received free shipping or promotional shipping rates will be subject to a $15 fee, or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater. 

**All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer and should include a tracking number. 

**Shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund total.

**Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

**We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days.

**We do not issue refunds for any opened or damaged supplements.

**Following orders are excluded from our return policy where all sales are final:

    • Wholesale orders
    • Any orders where 3 or more of the same product are purchased in one order. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before shipping products back to us, please contact customer care at (775) 235-2595 or CustomerCare@InternalCleanse.com to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). 
  2. Do not return any items without a RMA#.
  3. Pack your items securely in sturdy packaging so we receive them in good condition. We are not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned items.
  4. Write the RMA# on your package. 
  5. Please Email the tracking number to CustomerCare@InternalCleanse.com. Without this last step we are not able to track and verify your return.
  6. Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item(s), a refund will be issued within 14 days.
