Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within one to two business days.
Our shipping days are Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse the order will arrive on your doorstep within 2-5 business days.
Package Delivery & Special Instructions
If someone is not available to receive your package during a delivery attempt, the carrier will leave the package on your doorstep.
In the "Order Comments" section you can enter any special instructions, such as "Leave the package on the back porch" etc., and we will do our best to print them on the shipping label. However, we cannot guarantee the carrier will follow those instructions.
We do our very best to provide the highest level of service possible. We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused. If you are missing items from your order, please contact us within 4 business days after the package has been delivered to you, with detailed information of what is missing so we can reorder it for you.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Once your package is shipped we will email you the tracking number information. It is your responsibility to be aware of the tracking number information and be on the look out for your package.
If the package is lost or damaged during shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If you suspect that an item has been damaged during shipment, you should keep all packaging material and the box in case the carrier wants to inspect the condition of the package.

You are responsible for giving us the correct address. We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package ends up at the wrong address. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order reshipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes made by the customers.
Returned Or Refused Packages
If the package is returned to us by the Post Office as undeliverable, we will contact you to either reship it to you with a new shipping charge, or refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
You can return any unopened supplements you buy from us within 60 days – We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days. They should be returned to us in the same condition that you received them.
Returning partially consumed products: Should you find a supplement doesn’t agree with you, you can return it within 30 days. We can only accept one open item per order. Should you return an open bottle, over 50% of the contents still have to be in the bottle in order to qualify for a refund.
When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product (excludes shipping and handling). We do not issue a refund for any tampered or damaged supplements.
Please be sure to contact us either online or by phone in order to arrange for your return prior to shipping the product(s) back to us. Once you ship the product back, please email us the tracking number so we can be on the look out for your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
International Shipping Policy
Customs and other restrictions of your country, including taxes, duties, fees, additional local postal fees and deliverability issues are your responsibility. Please be aware that our products contain herbal ingredients which may have various import restrictions or prohibitions that you should consider before placing an order. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, confiscated, opened, or damaged packages mailed internationally.
We ship all international orders using USPS. Please check to see USPS web site for restrictions by country before you place the order.
If you find any problems or questions, we recommend that you contact your customs and postal service for the most up-to-date information.
International Returns and Refunds: You are responsible for the shipment to pass import and customs entry in your country. If a shipment failed to obtain import entry or is undelivered and returned to us, upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund what has been returned unopened and undamaged, less the shipping and handling costs.
